Design
We offer a design service at a cost of £200, however if you then choose us for your bathroom installation, the £200 will be deducted from your overall price meaning you will get the design for free.
Our team use CAD (Computer Aided Design) to create our bathroom designs, and these are only a visual representation. We can’t guarantee it will 100% represent colour, exact products or small details. It will however give you a very good idea of what you can expect from the finished project. We always measure your bathroom before starting the design and this is all checked by the installer as well.
Designing a bathroom, especially when things are being rearranged or products are being removed and replaced with others (for example removing a bath for a walk-in shower), can be a complex task involving many technical considerations. Our talented team are experts in designing bathrooms and know just what to consider when putting together the design and product choices for you. This ensures your bathroom project will be a smooth process and as stress free as possible.
Installation
Yes, we offer a full installation service, and also take care of any removal of rubbish at the end of the project.
Depending on the size and complexity of your bathroom project, it will take between 2-3 weeks for our team to complete.
If you have someone in mind to fit your bathroom we can do either a design & supply, or just supply for you.
Our team of installers have many years’ experience and knowledge, and all are vetted by us and insured.
No, our fitters work exclusively for us therefore you’d need to have bought the products from Hugo Oliver.
We offer a year guarantee on any work carried out by us. You also have the manufacturer guarantee on each product as well.
No, our fitters work exclusively for us so the products would need to be bought from us too.

Yes, after you’ve contacted us we will arrange to visit to your home. This is a great opportunity to sit with you and talk about what you want from your bathroom renovation, as well as look at your existing bathroom, take measurements and go through some bathroom inspiration with you.
Yes, we offer supply only to customers.

No we don’t offer finance options at this moment in time.
We usually get in contact a week before your bathroom project starts to arrange delivery, let you know when we’ll be starting and check everything is ok.
Each manufacturer offers their own guarantee, so it will depend which products you choose for your bathroom. We can go through this with you when picking your products.
